But these tuners have taken it to the next level by going pure mental with the looks and power. That's a good thing, because for a moment there, I really felt that Mitsubishi had lost the plot in the looks of the EVO X. These tweaked units save it. From subtle to wild - enjoy!
VOLTEX EVO X
Clean and simple carbon fibre add-on items are the order of the day with Japanese tuner Voltex's immaculate white EVO X. These include a pair of front bumper side lips, side skirt spats, a rear wing lip and bonnet scoop.

JUN EVO X

HKS [KANSAI SERVICE] EVO X
Pushing out 380bhp, the HKS EVO X is fully specced with their Carbon air duct intake, Legamax Premium exhaust, F-CON IS Kansai Spec ECU, Hipermax III suspension, body reinforcements, Level Max 500 brake pads, 19" Advan RZs and Advan Sport rubbers with 265/30 profile. The kit consists of a front lip, side skirt, rear corner extensions and carbon protectors!
OHLINS RACING EVO X
Slammed on Swedish Ohlins suspension, this racy EVO X runs on Chrome 19" Work Emotion RC8 .
BLACK ILLUSION EVO X
If like me you're still hooked on the look of the EVO 9 but want the advancement of the X, this GTR kit from Black Illusion might give you the best of both worlds, it replaces the gaping hole with a more conventional front end, reminiscent of the 9.
DECK MECHANICAL POWER EVO X
If a clean and executive look is what you're after, Deck Mechanical Power's cosmetic parts will do the trick. Replacing the high spoiler is a carbon fibre boot lid spoiler. There's also an understated front lip for the bumper. More info and pics [here].
CUSCO EVO X
This wild drift concept orange Cusco EVO X graced the recent Tokyo Autosalon - by the looks of the decal sponsors, this baby is probably running an Ogura clutch, Yokohama rubber and of course Cusco LSD and likely suspension too.
RED EVO X
Apparently this car was recently featured in JTUNED. This ruby red unit is sporting Volk Racing TE37s, an aftermarket kit, and nicely lowered on an unknown suspension (at the time of publication).
BLITZ EVO X
I have very little info on the Blitz EVO X currently. But I do believe it employs many, if not all of the company's parts which include their famous cooling systems, turbo kits, intakes, exhausts, aero dynamic kits and possibly even rims.
RALLIART EVO X
Mitsubishi's tuning arm has churned out the pretty much standard Ralliart fair - front lip, blacked out rims, rear bumper exhaust guards. Still nice and worth a look nonetheless. [Ralliart site]
